The City of Vallejo received funding from the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) that will be used to fund grants to our local small businesses who have suffered negative impacts resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic.
Grants up to $3,000 for security improvements items, included but not limited to:
- Cameras
- Locks
- Window enhancements
Who is eligible?
- For-profit and non-profit brick and mortar businesses located in Vallejo
- Businesses with valid Vallejo business license
- 20 or fewer employees
- Businesses with receipts of purchases made January 1, 2023, to September 24, 2024
Application Timeline
- Application open – September 3, 2024, to September 24, 2024
- Grant awardees announced by mid-October
Grants will be awarded through a lottery system.
