A. Park Vallejo Software Transition
In order to provide an improved customer experience, the City of Vallejo will be transitioning parking software services from Passport back to the previous vendor, Parkmobile, effective December 1, 2019. This change may cause a temporary inconvenience, however Park Vallejo is confident that they are moving toward a smoother and overall better customer experience.
B. Transition Period
Parking accounts and payments within Passport's platform will continue to be valid and available until November 30, 2019.
All web-based payments for the month of December forward will need to be made through Parkmobile's platform.
All previously existing Parkmobile accounts and services have been restored, and customers may login using their previous Parkmobile credentials. Customers must establish a permit before December 1, 2019.
Parkmobile will continue to offer both a web-based platform for monthly parking payments, as well as a smartphone app for on-the-go hourly and daily payments.
Payments made at pay stations within the parking lots, garage, and Ferry Building continue to be unaffected by this software provider change.
