The Department is overseen by the Public Works Director, who provides budgetary and management direction.
The Engineering Division is responsible for contracting and overseeing capital projects, the implementation of traffic control systems, Landscape Maintenance Districts (LMDs), storm drains, reviewing current development, providing education and outreach on recycling, and managing the city's garbage waste and recycling contract.
